Google Account Information

When you sign in with Google, we receive access to:

• Your profile picture
• Your Google Calendar data (events, calendars, and related information)

Calendar Data

To provide our service, we access and process:

• Calendar events (titles, descriptions, times, locations, attendees)
• Calendar settings and preferences
• Event recurrence patterns

AI Memory Data

To improve your experience, we store:

• Contact nicknames and email associations you create
• Location nicknames you define
• Conversation context within your session

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain our calendar service
• Process your natural language requests to manage calendar events
• Create, edit, and delete calendar events on your behalf
• Remember your preferences and contacts for faster scheduling
• Send meeting invitations to attendees you specify
• Generate Google Meet links when requested
• Improve and personalize your experience

Data Storage and Security

Your calendar data remains stored in Google's servers. We do not store copies of your calendar events on our servers. We only access your calendar data in real-time when you make requests.

AI Memory data (contact nicknames, location preferences) is stored securely in Firebase and associated with your account. You can view and delete this data at any time through the Settings menu.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Google Calendar API: To read and manage your calendar events
• Google OAuth: For secure authentication
• Firebase: For storing AI Memory preferences
• Together AI: For processing natural language requests

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Revoke Google Calendar access at any time through your Google Account settings
• Clear your AI Memory data through our Settings menu
• Export your data

Data Retention

We retain your AI Memory data for as long as your account is active. Session conversation history is not permanently stored and is cleared when you close the application. You can delete your AI Memory data at any time through Settings. When you revoke access or delete your account, we will delete all associated data within 30 days.

Children's Privacy

Nuggt Calendar is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
