Account Registration

To use Nuggt Calendar, you must:

• Have a valid Google Account
• Authorize Nuggt Calendar to access your Google Calendar
• Be at least 13 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete information

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Nuggt Calendar to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Send spam or unsolicited communications

Google Calendar Integration

Nuggt Calendar requires access to your Google Calendar to function. By using our service, you acknowledge that:

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will meet your requirements or that it will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nuggt and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Service.

You may terminate your account at any time by revoking Google Calendar access and discontinuing use of the service.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nuggt operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
